Clifford Chrysler Buffalo Grove, IL Sold my car that I had a deposit on!! Buffalo Grove Illinois
Had given the salesman my credit card to hold a specific new 300c until I could get there on Saturday. I called him Sat morning when I was on my way, and he said he would get things ready. After 20 minutes of an hour drive he calls and tells me the car has been sold. They promised to get me another one, but there wasn't one within 300 miles. They never contacted me again, and when I called they said they couldn't get one like the one I wanted, that they sold! I could order one, and get it in 12 weeks. I sold my old car to get the new one and cannot go 12 weeks without a car. I was screwed by Clifford Chrysler and they didn't care, probably because they got more money for the car from someone else and I'm just some guy who lives over an hour away and will never see me again.
