CO Proctor - DC Jail 2010 Oct I view Proctor in Brooklyn approaching me like a dodowat Washington, District of Columbia
1985-1986 (one year) I spent at DC Jail with CO Proctor doing count
my release date 2-6-1986 was 2 weeks late because Proctor was suicidal
Ted Hagans (deceased) was rich and he thought Hagans left me money
he also had an ordeal for Patty Hearst a person of no concern to me
they forced me from S3 (mental) to SE1 after the 2 weeks had arrived and
Proctor busted me in my head because I didn't want him - I went to the hospital for
a minute and SE1 and stayed on lock (on purpose) until release day
Claudette Hall (black muslim) was on SE1 and they wanted me to lick her p*ssy
DC Jail is now male only and annex CTF male and female

I hope St E (mental hospital) and CTF (jail) realize at this time I am not jail-prison status
my Washington DC case closed early 2000 via Danbury CT
after the total time anyone should comprehend I have no interest in their staff
patients or inmates
