I am not an employee of this company, so I have no reason to take either side in this case. I worked for this company for close to a year, and Andrew for twice as long. Both andrew and the company are reputable to work with, and I as well as everyone else reading this realize that you are the only one complaining about them. I would like to emphasize 1 thing; YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF AN APPRAISAL DOESN'T COME BACK AT THE VALUE THAT YOU "WISH" YOUR HOME WAS WORTH. There is no company out there that will refund your money if your appraisal does not work for your loan. Why do you think they take your payment in the first place? This company is not a chaldean sweat shop, what your senile train of thought does not realize is that over 40% of Michigans population have credit FICO scores under 560. Companies like coast to coast provide those people with "less than perfect credit" an escape when they are in financial trouble. They find lenders for High risk loans for people that have had difficulty with their finances. If you are 1-2 or even 3 payments behind on your mortgage.....heck even if your in forbearance or foreclosure, companies like coast to coast can refinance your current mortgage in under 2 weeks to take you out of the situation. In addition, they can roll your closing costs into your loan so that you dont have to pay out of your own pocket with the money that you obviously dont have. You get 2 months off where you dont have to make a mortgage payment and you can get much needed cash out of the equity of your home without having to take out a second mortgage. If you have bad things to say about this company, you prob have bad things to say about everyone that you worked with because your credit probably sucks. I guarantee you that you still have the same loan that you had before you called coast to coast because 95% of the companies out there dont know how to get things approved and work loan programs like Andrew does.....or they just dont want to take the time to work with you because with my experience, I can tell you are probably another one of those customers that thinks their house is worth 2x what it is, wants a deal that you couldnt get in ur wildest dreams with your credit and definately wants something for nothing. Do yourself a favor....go let get foreclosed on in a hole....and quit sitting at home trying to find people that sympathize with you because there are a lot of companies out there that fit the slander you are trying to focus toward Andrew Marogi and Coast 2 Coast Lending. Thank You "Great American" for your concerns, I would first like to start off by saying, I am very saddened to hear of your bad experience with the company you were dealing with, but you are mistaken as to the company YOU THINK YOU DEALT WITH. We do not collect an up front fee, as for the appraisal if you ordered an appraisal and no one came out to appraise the property then no money would have been collected because the third party appraisal company only collects at the door . Correction to the claims of BBB complaints, there was only one complaint filed against COAST TO COAST LENDING regarding a copy of an appraisal report that was not received at the closing table. This complaint has been satified, we received the complaint and responded to it immediately. This is how we conduct business. In no way do we promote preditory lending, nor do we quote rates that are obviously exaggerated. (even to a person with no mortgage lending or mortgage knowledge) Since your report has no validation and you have filed a false report under the same user name before claiming a different type of ripoff from the very same company but reported only hours between each other. If anyone would like to compare the 2 complaints, the report number is 268602 under COAST TO COAST LENDING. This complaint is clearly a threatened company scared of my growing company with a great standing report with its clients, or disgruntled ex-employee who was caught doing something they shouldnt have been doing. Anyone who can tell me how to get anything done with these guys please let me no IM A "GREAT AMERICAN"!!! and im sure you are all to. pleasei am open to do anything... loan officers should never put them selfs in a place like this in a "Great American" world working out of Chaldean Sweat Shops!!!!
