It's been more than 3 months since I contacted the Druid Hills office to take a look at tooth #31. It is very wrong for the crown to pop out 5 different times to the point it's no good. I was told either the corporate office or legal department would have to contact me (neither did) before they see me.
3 different dentist have told me : 1-crown is unacceptable 2-did not have proper core/pin buildup 3-temporary cement instead of permanent cement was used.
I called the 888# you listed. She told me they are very busy (I wonder why) and gave info and they would call back. That was 5 days ago and nobody even left a message.
Accept responsibility and admit your wrongdoing, apologize, and either redo it properly at no charge or issue a refund by check so I can have the crown done at a reputable dentist.
