....both individually and through Foundaton, which he treated as his alter ego, was willful, wanton and malicious, demostrated crimminal indifference and a callous, calulated and conscious disregard for the rights of others and involved fraudulent conduct, intentional deceptive and misleading actions, and outright lies all to tray to gain advantage.........with the intent to cause the compensatory damages set forth .....
