Worked with Colin Johnson on real estate deal. It was the most unpleasant encounter. Through the process he multiple times showed unprofessionalism, used low gimmicks and intimidation to get the deal done. Do not be fooled by his fake reviews online, he does not know basics of real estate contract and will put his clients into situation when the earnest money deposit will be at risk. He offered to assign the ratified contract without seller's agreement, when the contract has a clear clause stating that the contract cannot be assigned without mutual agreement.
Have the buyer's agree to do so, they would've been at the breach of the contract and lost the deposit. Due to his low ethics and poor communication skills, buyers ended up buying a house with lots of problems. When asked to help with unexpected problems, Colin took a position that the problems are not his and he is done with the deal. Be aware of this real estate agent! Will never recommend to anyone.
