Colonel Sexton Cmdr of 2nd Brigade Combat Team Ft. Stewart, GA, in an attempt to supress truths about his unit, and due to his sub-normal intelligence, effected separation procedures that took place on Oct 29, 2009, giving me a bogus Pattern of Misconduct (Chap 14-12B) discharge for counseling statements that never went to trial, many of them allegations of minor disciplinary infractions(Chap 14-12A), and some of them accused of actions not illegal.

The counseling statements used for separation are as follows.

1. I was late November 5, 2008   2. "There was dust on your furniture and your TA-50 was just thrown in the closet" November 20th

 3. Article 15, with procedures undergone as a result of non-adherence to Ar-600-20. Found guilty(no evidence) of "rolling my eyes, talking back and walking away from an E-6." Incident December 08,2009

Notice the eigth month gap between allegations used to separate.

4. July 8, 2009- Claim i was late to TA-50 inspection

5. July 9, 2009- Claim i was late for accountability formation for physical training

6. July 10th 2009- Claim of communication issues and not coming to motorpool.

July 27th 2009-I didnt take my statement of charges to the CIF "as ordered" (Not illegal)

Sept 3rd-Claim I did not report to final formation.

All of these allegations, even if all true, are minor disciplinary infractions. I was not allowed to take these allegations to court martial because the unit understood that i would be found not guilty. The chapter was premeditated by 1SG Melvin G. Neeley, Cpt Jeffrey Foisy (both Bravo Battery 1st Batallion, ninth Field Artillery and Colonel Sexton and Lt. Colonel Williams 1/9 FA commander.

Chap 14-12a-A pattern of misconduct solely involving minor disciplinary infractions.

Pattern of Misconduct-A pattern of misconduct involving the civil or military authorities.

2.Involving conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline.

No trial. Colonel Sexton signed off early on chapter. This corrupt soldier rips people off.
