Complete Weightloss Center, Woman's Ultra Slim scam, I Orderied a Free Sample and the next thing I know, they are billing my credit card for 29.95, for nothing. Mandan North Dakota
I got an email, offering a free sample of this new weight loss product, all you have to do is pay the S&H. The next thing I know, I don't just have the 6.95 charge for the S & H, but they have also billed me 29.95, when I called the company, they gave me some kind of a line that the 29.95 was for Livewell Consulting. I told them I did not authorize them to charge my card for anything other than the S&H for the sample and I wanted my card credited. They refused and told me that they could cancel the Livewell consulting.
I had my bank refute the charges, as I did not approve them, the next month, there it was again, a charge for 29.95 From complete Weightloss center, again I had my bank refute the charges. The next thing I know, I am getting a threating letter from the collections dept. of complete Weightloss Center, they were demanding payment in the amount of $79.95 to cover the current Charge Back charges that they had been charged for billing my card with out my permission.
I wrote them a letter stating that I was not paying them anything, that they did not have my permission to charge anything other than the 6.95 on my credit card. They then sent me another letter, again threatening me, that they would file a law suit in small claims court against me and that I would have to appear in Small claims court in Mandan N.D. and that then they would be suing me for not only the 79.95 but legal fees and the cost of filing the law suit. I haven't paid them a dime and I am not going to. I requested a free sample, there is nothing free about having 66.85 drawn from my card.
Oh and by the way, there product doesn't work either. Chromium Picolinate does work as a insulin regulator, and Green Tea is good for boosting energy naturally, but there isn't enough of either ingredient in the product to actually help you lose weight , and most of the ingredients are basically caffine. And the ingredients that they are calling appetite control blend don't control anything, for example, L-Tyrosine is the amino acid that helps you keep that nice dark skin tone instead of being pail, nothing to do with weight loss.
I am telling you they are a scam from the word go, and the funniest thing about this entire experience is that they still send me emails daily, offering me free samples. I will never fall for that scam again. If it is too good to believe, it is, I now buy all my weight loss products on line from a reputable manufacture that has been in business for over 20 years, USA Labs. Their products are high quality, plus they have never charged me for anything I didn't order.
