You can't trust online merchants anymore. The only online merchant I buy from has a bricks and mortar address in my city where I can take any defective merchandise to them alive and in person and I will get an exchange. Florida and Nevada are two places that activate my FRAUD alert as does a price that seems too low to be real. I hope you saved copies of everything before you ordered the refurbished game that did not exist. If not, remember to do so in the future. Their internet service provider could track them down and I suspect they will be running their scam from another place. IN the meantime, I would tell my credit card company, what they did to me and not to let them have any more money from my account and maybe get the payment stopped. If you sent the payment in the US Mail you can report it to your local postmaster at your local post office. If you sent them a check, you need to notify your bank about what happened. IF SOMETHING LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE,IT ALMOST ALWAYS IS!
