The owners of this company, Brian and Elsa Apollino, are capable of doing the following:
1) Ignore the legally mandated three days grace period where customers can change their mind about the purchase.
2) Increase your financial commitment to the project without your approval.
3) Refuse to complete the project until you increase your indebtedness to them.
4) Ignore all attempts of communicating with them.
5)Sell you a project supposedly at a 10% discount when, in fact, it is double the price.
6) Guarantee the world and deliver nothing!
