Consumer Cellular They Lie About Refunds Plus Horrible Customer Service - Total Scam! Nationwide
August 2016:
Consumer Cellular is a very scamy company. They never issue refunds - they will scam you for every penny. The sales people are so "lovely" but they will take your credit card and leave you on hold forever. I spent an hour on the phone with them about something that takes 10 seconds.
