With all due respect Mr. DeMello, you do not know all of the facts to comment on the payment of commissions that Mr. Boyd keep from me and my family unjustly and unfairly.
Plus it is not just me that has posted complaints, it is many clients and organizations that have also!
Do yourself a favor and ask him why he never responded to my attorney about what the cause of the termination was? He still to this day, does not have a just reason.
But like you stated only one man wlked on water, and only one man knows the true intentions and the mind of all men, and it his he who Mr. Boyd has really stolen from, not me.
Mr. DeMello you most likely understand this, although your friend most likely can't understnad it.
Case in point is below;
Mr. Boyd keeps making the head lines by violating peoples trust and the laws of the land.
Besides the North Carolina Insurance violation that was previously posted, here is an update of a new cease and desist order by the Indiana Department of Insurance.

I have been in this business for more years than I want to remember. I find the comments by the auther to be bogus and intended to defame Charles Boyd whom I've personaly and profestionaly known and worked with for many years. I also know both individuals and both sides of the story. While I understand the auther being angry, he should be angry at himself for not understanding Mr. Boyd's most fair contract before he signed it. I respectfully demand that the auther withdraw his comments as I know he is a better person than he is representing himself. I've been afiliated with CDBA and Charles Boyd for many years and have enjoyed an honest and successful business relationship each and every year and I fully understand the contract between us and would never do anything to jeopardize it. It is important to understand that I nor any of my contracted orgaizations have ever missed a commission check and our commissions have always been paid on time. Mr Boyed who is a repuitable business person has always made certain his people were paid or not paid according to their individual contract. We do not live in a perfect world and there is only one person to have ever walked on water. I want to thank the auther in advance for withdrawing his complaint as he knows full well Mr Boyd's position. It's time to put this issue to rest. Chuck, thank you for being the person you are and don't change because of this false and unjust situation. George DeMello, TN

The agent that filed this blatant lie was hired as our National Sales Director but was fired for cause. Our organization has the very best in supplemental insurance for consumers and this person was hired to recruit nationally to expand our marketing efforts. He was contracted to receive a generous commission on all sales he developed; however, the greedy little SOB felt it inadequate. He tried to extort monies from organizations by also demanding commissions from the marketing organizations and brokers he recruited. When we discovered this he was given a chance to stop this procedure but later it was discovered he was back at it again. I terminated him for cause. By violating his moral and ethical responsibilities of his contract, he forfeited his right to all his commissions. I'd like to add that his efforts were a total failure. In 18 months his total business production from all the agencies he recruited amounted to just over $50,000 in annualized premium. When I sold individual health insurance, I sold over $43,000 in annualized premium in just one week. If he had not violated the ethics of our organization and created a conflict of interest by demanding compensation from the agencies he was being paid to recruit, we would have probably terminated his contract for non-production; however, he would have been paid all the commissions he was entitled to on the business he was able to secure. We are ready to corroborate our rebuttal and provide references that we operate a very ethical company. We don't steal money from anyone!
