First of all I have been able to make my payments on time until my husband got Ill. Back in September 2008 I knew I was not going to Be able to make the Payment on time so I called them to let them know. They said I would have to set up a post dated check. I did and a week before the check was set to go in I knew the money would not be in the bank on that date and called and ask them to push it back 3 DAYS.. They would not do it.

I was told too bad. I got charged all kinds of late/ bank fees. Then my husband had to have major open heart surgery in November 2008. He was in the hospital for 28 days an hour from where I live. Because of gas prices the way they were I had to use some of my Car payment money to get to the hospital. I PAID 2/3 of my bill and told them I could pay the 130.00 difference on the 3rd of next month with the next month payment.

OH my Goodness these people called Every single day harrasing me asking my dad to pay my bill. Said I was going to have my truck repoed. They keep on insisting for a post dated check. ( do not ever do that). we would tell them our situation and EVERY Single Day for Three Weeks the same thing Over and Over again. They are the rudest companey I have ever dealt with and the most heartless. They do not care what you are going through I took the phone away from my husband and told them they are not putting him through this stress ever again and they could just come pick up the truck. I would rather walk than to deal with them rude people. A Buy Here Pay here treats you better than CPS
