This company is more than a rip-off. They screw you every which way but loose!

I purchased this warranty eight months ago believing that as their paperwork states I would have peace of mind, get my repair fixed expeditiously and truly have confidence. They Lied!!!

My transmission went out in my truck, they had the dealership put a real used (junk yard used) transmission in my truck. They didn't even pay for the full repair. What they did was pay only the difference of the balance due on my contract.

They said there was a cap of $2000 on my warranty for major repairs - manual doesn't say that, and then they refused to pay the entire bill.

I am seeking legal counsel against this company and their adminstrators and fincance company. Their whole concept is a lie and fraud.

They take your money and give you nothing in return but grief, strife and a headache! Never before in my life have I experienced such trickery and fraud out of anyone.

Why buy a warranty if you have the money to pay for the repair? That is just stupid!!!! I made the mistake of trusting untrustworthy people and now I am paying for it.

My vehicle total repairs were $4000 and continental only paid $1013. That is it!

The person that wrote this is an awesome warranty must be related to someone that owns the company because I'm sure there are many other people out there who have been ripped off by this company.

It is a wonder these people can sleep well at night with the way they lie and rip people off.

Even the dealership said they would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They don't deliver on their contract and the contract is so full of holes and jargon that the buyer suffers tremendously.

They promise you a rental car - no matter how long they take to fix your vehicle, you only have five days on the rental.

I was told that I had to order my own transmission -- how about I fix it to!

The adjuster are like attack dogs trained to tell you no and we are only going to pay for this.

Basically, they don't care how you get your vehicle fixed as long as they are getting your money or payments!

This company is truly unworthy of any customers. Please don't buy this warranty. Call the Consumer Report, Better Business Bureau or even the Attorney General in California and let them know about this fraud company!

Dear Amber: I hope you like living in Washington and I hope you like your job. Because I am about to put the hammer to your company. You people lie and don't provide a good product. Then you question the authority of Repairs with a Certified ASE Mechanic. I am in the process of filing legal actions against Continental Warranty,MCG,Buyers Choice,MEPCO & Royal Administration. Oh by the way this isn't a threat it is a promise. You people lie through your eye teeth. Thank You

First of all I work for continental and I know exactly what your talking about. The 2000 cap is because of the worth of the vehicle. Our company is not going to pay 4000 dollars on a vehicle thats worth 2000. I'm sure that makes sense. What company would? And the manual does say that any repair will be paid for at blue book value of vehicle. We do not rip people off and we have paid over 15,000 dollars in repairs so far this year ALONE. And there's more to come.
