core nautical group BIG LIARS . TOLD ME IT WOULD COST ME ONE THING AND CHARGED ME ANOTHER. HELD MY PAPERWORK TO MAKE ME PAY 150 IN MAILING FEES WHICH ARE ALREADY PAID FOR IN THE INITIAL BALANCE. TOLD ME LOUD AND CLEAR IT North Miami, Florida
VERY UNETHICAL, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ALWAYS PROMISE THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME AND NEVER DUE. THEY WOULD ONLY CALL ME ON A DAILY BASIS WHEN THE BALANCE WAS STILL UNPAID. ONCE THEY GOT PAID I NEVER HEADR BACK FROM THEM. AND NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME 150 JUST TO MAIL OUT MY DOCUMENTS. AND THEY TOLD ME LOUD AND CLEAR THAT THE ORIGINAL FEE I PAID WOULD INCLUDING ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS TRANSACTION INCLUDING MAILING THE DOCUMENTS OVERSEAS. WHAT A RIP OFF. THIS IS NOT ABOUT MONEY ITS ABOUT DIGNITY AND TAKING PEOPLE FOR IDIOTS AND FOOL AND I SURELY AM NOT A FOOOL . AND THIS IS JUST THE START IF THEY DONT MAIL OUT MY DOCS ASAP. I WILL SPREAD THE NEWS ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND ELSEWHERE TO MAKE SURE MY VOICE IS HEARD AND THAT IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE.

We take pride in taking care of all our customers with the utmost respect and to provide them with the best customer service. Mr. Ali Elouassini was upset due to a miscommunication between our documentation department and accounts receivables. The miscommunication was clarified and the customer was very satisfied with the outcome and has attempted to have the report removed.
