Cowboy Reflections Mercantile Complete Scam Artists Thorndale Texas
Cowboy Reflections Mercantile is a complete joke. We purchased custom made furniture from them in September 2014 and was given a wait time of 6-8 weeks. It is now February 2015 and we have yet to receive our furniture.
We keep getting the run around from them. We were told in December that our furniture was complete and was waiting on shipment. Still nothing. Talked to the owner himself in January and he not only said that our furniture was complete but he was looking at it himself. That turned out to be a lie when we called a couple days later to check on the status and were told it wasnt even finished yet. Last Ive heard from them was that our furniture was supposed to ship on February 6th, then the 18th. Surprise, surprise....it still hasnt shipped.
Ive contacted the Thorndale police and was told that they are becoming inundated with calls about this company. I was told to go to the Attorney General's website and file a complaint with them. We are now looking into taking legal action against this company.
