I called CPS to file a report that my nephew father is sexualy abusing him and bad physical abuse. I told them that if he is given my name that he will kill me. He told me this when I caught him. They promised me they would never do that. Well they gave him my name. Yes he has informed me that my life is over. The case worker came to my home and made my life a living hell. My nephew wasnt with me they moved him to my parents home. I told her she has no reason to come to my home sense he didnt live with me. She informed me that I need to keep my mouth shut and to do what she orders me to do. They (lawyers)said that I had to come in for a depositions.(have copies of them)I wasnt able to get as lawyer I wanted to but I was told no. It was never signed or went to court. They used it to make me look horrible and made what I was trying to do was horribly wrong. While this was going on I was verbaly threatend. The lawyer locked the doors so I could not leave. All I wanted to do was make my nephew safe. My parrents also was put threw this. The threates and my nephew's father has physicaly hurt me and broke into my apartment and has sexualy hurt me. So I guess once again he's let off for what he's done and I have to pay for it . My nephew went back with his father. Chris Hurst the detective started out helping us and to what reasons I do not know he completely ignored us finaly when all this was over he called and said he was sorry and my mom asked him do you know whats going on? He said yes he did but he was told to not talk with us and he addmitted he knows what my nephew's father is doing to him.

@ Sandy, a bit negative whether something happen 12 yrs ago or 2 days ago, to Linda it did happen and obviously still has an impact on her life. As you seem to be familiar with the case I'm going to assume that you may be a CPS worker or interested party in this situation. And you seem to know the person who wrote this story. I sense anger and no one should be attacked for speaking their mind. And while this person may not have your intelligance she doesn't deserve your ridicule. We reap what we sow, vengeance comes 10 fold. You have ridiculed all the stories that you read. Disappointing!!!!

In response to the report that was filed, once a CPS report is filed and it goes to court it becomes public record. That is how someone would find out who filed it. CPS and the police did not give out your name or your parents. It was given out by the court system when copies of the documents were received. CPS follows up on reports via the person who filed it. That is why they questioned you. To check out your credibility. In which you have none. I could go into your background, but why would I lower myself down to your level. If you have copies of the depositions, great. As there is a gag order on them you are not allowed to provide them or you can be sued. Everyone is able to obtain an attorney. You didn't do it because you were under the impression that the ADA was protecting you. The depositions did not make you look horrible, your lies made you look awful. You were not lock in during the deposition. You were told that if you left, the case would be dropped. As for the officer who investigated the so called claim, he was using you as a stepping stone for his political race. This incident that you made up happend over 12 years ago. You really need to grow up and live in the real world. Go back to school and learn how to spell or at least use spell check. A ninth grade education doesn't really get you far in this world.

Don't take any bullshit from these Child Protectors you let your guard down and they aet it up. They are not a legal goverment agency they just think they are.Do yourself a favor go to www.vocalinfo.org and fight back.As far as this pedophile b*****d give me a name and address and I'll see to it that this guy get's what he deserves.If there is a email address for Mr.Pedo give it to me and I'LL fix him up with a real nice date.
