Crabapple Soap Factory Ripoff: Failure to Deliver-Failure to Respond Internet
Our small business made the mistake of ordering from this company back on July 23, 2009 for a total of $145.90. We were headed to a show where we really needed product and were excited by the website and all that they claimed. We never received the product, never received an answer to the several emails we sent (trust me, the 24 hour claim on the website is a fabrication), and never received a refund. I wish we had seen the earlier claims on this site - we might have avoided a very costly mistake! The idea that companies like this with professional-looking websites are allowed to continue taking money without delivering gives all online retailers a bad name. We tried to track them down to a physical location and phone number but to no avail. If even once we had received some kind of response, any kind of explanation, it would have been some consolation. But really - the websites on, taking money, but nobody's "home".
