Craftmatic Adjustable beds sold me a bed that did not last as long as they claim Nationwide

I purchased a bed that is adjustable but was not aware that some moving parts were plastic at the time. This bed is supposed to be durable but it broke apart at the plastic parts after 2 years. I feel as a disabled person I was taken advantage of and now the bed has to be used as I which leaves me in grew pain. I cannot afford a new bed and took a year to pay for tho one. The base is now basically in four unconnected sections which appear to be plywood. The foot just hangs causing my legs to be swollen. Of course, the head no longer goes up high enough to help with back pain.
