I recently bought a repair service for my Xbox 360 from Crazed Concepts on iOffer.com. I sent my Xbox 360 to them on October 7th, Fedex delivered on the 13th. Since then, I've talked to someone on the phone once. He said that my Xbox was just leaving to get dropped off at the shipping store. This was on the 17th.
A few days later, I still hadn't received a tracking number, on iOffer or in an email. I filed a dispute on the 20th, saying that I hadn't received any communication or hint that they were actually sending it back. They replied on the dispute with a tracking number, saying "Sorry. It's late, but we still got you a tracking number."
So I waited for a couple days, checking Fedex.com for updates on my package. After about a week, it had stayed the same, saying "Initiated". There was an anticipated ship date of October 22nd.
On the 25th, sent them an email asking when the package was supposed to be shipped. They replied with "We dropped it off at the shipping store. We'll check on it today for you. E-mailing us direct will get you a much faster response."
Since then, they haven't contacted me and I've been attempting daily to get a hold of them. DO NOT BUY FROM CRAZED CONCEPTS!!!
