They merged it. They placed me on fraud alert with secondary credit number. They do NOT give second chances. They started my file September 1st and i kept getting excuse after excuse as to why my file was taking so long, such as her husband was in hospital, she was out of town, she went on motorcycle ride with her husband. I got so many excuses as to what wasgoing on. She doesn't return calls promptly. It would take days almost weeks to get a return call. She finally stopped return calls when I found out that they sabotoged my file on purpose.

 

 

They offered Secondary credit number and 2 tradelines which you could use to build your secondary credit number. They started my secondary credit number file September and as soon as I turned in all documents (Deposit of money into their account for which i have a copy of my receipt, signed documnets and disclosures, copy of ID, address for you scn) and my money, the game from them began. I could barely get a return call and when i did, it would take days, if not weeks to get a return call. When i did get the reurn call,  I got excuse after excuse after excuse, from out of town with her husband, he was in the hospital, to a motorcycle ride for the weekend, more excuses. It took them until December to finally get me the tradelines which I could not use at all because they merge my credit with the scn to sabotoge my file. My credit was on fraud alert due to them. They finally stopped returning my calls, text, and emails becausing emailed and text them telling them I found out what they did to my file and why they did it. They are a totally unprofessional and a RIP OFF and totally ruined the business I had set out to do with them. They got my money and from then on the game began. I tried to keep it professional but they made it personal.

 Ok, so where do I begin. I met with Lisa and her husband and I purchased my first line with them. So far so good with that line minus a fraud report that was put on my account after applying for cards that they told me I could apply for.... Maybe I applied for too many in a short period of time but it was after about 7 months before I did so. I have a few cards still on that line, but that's not where my complaint comes in. I get that life happens, but still this is business and you should have precautionary methods to continue business if you are not able to. Going weeks and not hearing anything back is bad business. I didn't experience that problem when they wanted my money when I decided to purchase the business line. Lisa was calling me every day until I paid the $1250 for them to start the process. Finally I did it and I was promised a created history with a furniture payoff and a car payoff of 80k. I was told that I would get two credit cards with a 15k-20k limit on them as well. I still have the email.... Long story short, I paid my money back in August of 2015 and the process was supposed to be done by November, and I have yet to get anything that was promised. First I was told that they would do another line because something went wrong during the process, and then I was told that they could use the line and that they would start working on it. Following that I started getting declined offers and I received one capital one card that said it already had a fraud alert on it and I hadn't done anything. I've gotten the run around ever since and I've requested my money back several times because when you pay for something, then you should get what you are told you will get. If you can't provide the service then the honorable business thing to do, would be to offer a refund. I could see if it was only a few bucks, but I paid them $1250 and they just treat it like its no big deal. I sold some of my stuff that I was doing business with, and I put some of my business stuff on hold because I trusted them. I figured once a the process was done the. I would relaunch and build a new foundation. Well, that screwed me because I trusted them and now I have nothing. I'm back a square one, I have kids, and I finally felt like I would be in a position to do things for them and build something that would also benefit them. I had many reasons why I chose to do the business line, and it would have been awesome if they actually produced what they promised me. Here I stand now with $1250 gone, the phone # I have for them is no longer in service, or it is off. They have not responded to me since I don't know when... I could list many of the same complaints as the above complaint, but I'll simply say, the same has happened to me. I have been very patient, and it will be a year in August since I paid my money to get a service that was not provided. Again... I get that things happen but your word is all you have in business and their word means very little to me at this point. I trusted them and I got ripped off... They basically stole my money and then made all the excuses they could for why it wasn't working and it's on them. That was not my fault. Everything that they claimed went wrong, happened on their end. I followed their directions. I'm a strong believer in you reap what you sow, and you can't treat people like that and expect to be blessed or have a good life for long if at all. What you do to others will be done to you. I want my money back, or I want justice for this.....

 Creditnouveau has a large following because we do great business. 95% of our custumers seek us out because they have or have issues with paying back a contractual debt. It is very funny to me that with all the business that we do, there are very few complaints. Yes Lisa's husband was in the hospital for 5 months fighting for his life. We explained that to several customers, but people are so selfish that it does not matter the circumstance; they just want what they want. Every client we service knows that we are a christian based company and that we have no reason to run off with anyone's money or not complete the service. Most companies that do what we do, have no office nor solid contact info for consumer to reach them. We do, we have had a office from the very beginning. We are available. Just as other companies have individuals who are not satisfied, It is very easy to hide your face and bad talk a company just out of spite. Please remember, these individuals get a new start at credit and never pay 1 bill. We call them,"Classic Debtors". A person who enters into an agreement to pay back debt with no intentions at all to be honorable are people who seek out these types of forums. Even McDonald's get complaints because nothing is ever guaranteed or full proof. I bet my last dollar that the person or persons who slandered our name has a secondary number, but paid not 1 of the bills they created. Your file was merged because you applied for credit and reported info that linked you to your primary. (References) follow you on any and all apps. In short, your file was merged due to something you put on reference app? We have assisted 100's of people get a new start. We can always be reached, but we can't always undo damaged files from things the consumer has done. We tell people daily," Don't apply for anything until we tell you to" , but imagine a person who had a 500 score, now a 700 score. They will sit at home all hours of the morning applying for things that they were instructed not to do. Classic Debtor. Building credit takes responsibility and self control. Many of our customers lack both. Show yourself, don't hide behind a mask. I bet you are exactly where you started(Bad Credit) again.
