getting your credit report for free is a great idea; however, when i entered all the information, i was sent a note that said,
"Unfortunately we were not able to retrieve your unique credit records using your personal information and only the last 4 digits of your social security number. To continue with registration, please enter your full social security number."
like hell i'm giving them my full social security number; that's the scam!
