I called over the week end to ask a question about an item for human remains on thier web site:one you would surely think would take thier job at hand seriously - WRONG! They did not return my calls nor e-mails in a timely fashion until they changed alot of information on thier web site that was not previously there. They upped prices, chaged hours they replied to calls thought first implied they were a 24/7 site and have even removed items off thier ste balming it on the fluctating prices of gold. Thieves, liars and deception at it's best!!! They checked into prices on other stes beofre dealing wiht my mails or calls. They whined about being a family owned site but if I cannot keep my belated wife close to my heart from an homest dealer, I will leave tthemin the box provided by HONEST FUNERAL HOME!!!!
