Here we go again.... Yesterday I called to stay on top of everything for all the problems and will continue to call just to make sure we are on the same page which is what I did yesterday. The rep lo and behold told me i owed a totally different balance than what the supervisor told me on Thursday, which by the way was more. I flipped and said you need to put the supervisor on that I dealt with on Thursday, which was the rude ignorant one. She informed me her name was Ms Heely which was a good thing to know and proceeded to transfer my call. It wasn't to Ms Heely it was to a different rep Ms Powers which is the sweetest woman I have ever had to deal with. But she also quoted me a different price than Ms Heely did which was cheaper. I am so confused and really don't know what I owe at this point. And actually afraid cause they tell you one thing and then I'm waiting for more problems down the road. I don't trust this company and everyday its something new. Oh and the best is I finally got a statement after the fact and the first one I ever received and it says I owe all this money it wasn't even posted to my account yet. They did confirm it was posted now and I sure hope it was. I am tired of dealing with all of this, its like constant stress and weighing on my mind. The just do as they please and there is no talking or getting them to understand what it is your trying to tell them. Ms Powers is one of the nicest reps there. Its a shame she is really sweet and helpful. God Bless her she is truly one of a kind
