First off, there is no obstinacy involved here. The FIRST time we were told to put ANYTHING in writing was yesterday, from your obnoxious self. The, what, 6 other reps we talked to from your company were supposed to be contacting OTHER clients that had the same color labels as ours, to see who got our things, considering we sit here with two boxes from another family's move, that your company was notified of weeks ago, but have yet to come pick up so that they get to where they belong.

Every time we speak to someone, we get yet another story, and yet another promise of call back, until of course we got treated to your wonderful customer service. You were the first and only rep to advise us that we need to put any requests in writing.

As far as the quotes are concerned, already you have admitted your company misquoted us, and no one from your company contacted US to change it, we contacted YOU to make a deposit, and thats when we were given a completely different quote, with a full inventory list, that was STILL not honored.

We had NO choice but to get another moving truck, as it was the day of the move that we were told that yet again we were misquoted, and any consumer reading this report that has moved, knows thats a bit late to change horses in midstream. Has KJ been let go too, like "John" who misquoted us to begin with? And yes, we know we were moving to Texas, that's why we questioned the quotes to begin with, however, we were assured multiple times that these quotes were "worst case scenarios" and that because your company does multiple cross country moves at one time, that's why you can keep your rates so low.

Bottom line is, your rates are no lower then anyone elses, you just use a bait and switch, knowing that when you show up, there's nothing much a consumer can do at that point. As far as you "taking BBB reports seriously" well, any consumer can go to the BBB site and see that the consumers involved in the reports already filed against you continue to remain dissatisfied.

And should I go into the actions of your movers themselves? How one of your movers dropped a box containing a computer and when I spoke to him, and said hey, there really is a computer in the computer box, told me " I don't give a ****." Or the gouges put into the walls of the home we were moving out of? How about the drop off, where the movers moving the stuff into our home were putting our furniture on a soaking wet lawn?

Bottom line here, your company turned our move into a nightmare, from start to finish, and I certainly hopeful that no one else gets worked over the way we have.

So I guess instead of firing you for misquoting us, they just moved you somewhere else? You had a full inventory list of what we had, and you still managed to misquote us by 5k. I hadn't realized in my last update that you had replied to me, rather then the obnoxious "Charles" we spoke to yesterday. You're the worst of the lot! You were more the quick to call us when you wanted our money, however, once your company got it, you never returned calls and even your email address has been deleted and comes back as undeliverable. Obstinacy? You really have some nerve, as you know exactly the run around we get everytime we call your company. But I see from other rip off reports, thats your company's M.O. And according to the BBB, your company pretty much refused to change the practices that cause the problems, so it looks like you'll just continue on in the way you have. If I can prevent even ONE person from being abused the way we have been, then filing these reports are worth it. And by the way, I will be forwarding a copy of your rebuttal to the BBB, as I have already filed a complaint with them.
