Crowdstar Games Non refund of money San Francisco, California
This gaming company is a scam.
When a so called technical glitch occured I had bought over $300 worth of virtual furniture for their game Design Home, the technical issue was people’s inventory of items being wiped so everything I had bought was gone, support was almost non existent in helping refund.
When I got a reply a month later they told me it’s out of their hands and that it has to be Apple that refunds me, even though it’s on their game, then according to Apple it’s Crowdstars responsibility.
So at the end of the day I have lost money and my purchases. No more contact or support from them after 3 months. This company has many complaints and negative reviews regarding same issue. It wasn’t just me that lost inventory during glitch. No one else has been refunded. I’m extremely angry at lack of support and this seems to be common with this company.
I would like to warn people about Design Home so others do not lose money on a game that is expensive and after playing for only a couple of months I lost money to internet furniture. Not happy
