Bubba lee - I'm quite sure your rebuttal comment was intended to enlighten but unless you have rented from Cruise America and experienced their "customer service" first hand you have no valid input. My family rented this past weekend and I can say with no uncertainty that this is THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE UNITED STATES and I am in complete agreement with the individual who composed the original post.

I am going to guess that while you were having trouble you did not call in for advice.
Every thing you describe except the cabinet doors is a Has more than one minor, normal for the operator of the unit thing to do. Most of them are required daily maintence.
Thats why they wont refund more.
