Curtis Boehringer Failed to send complete order, dishonest about sending order, very lacking in communications!! Chesterland Ohio
I ordered the Snowmen Melt Your Heart quilt patterns on-line on Jan 28, 2009. When they hadn't arrived by Feb 18, I called and talked with Cindi who assured me they had been sent and would arrive shortly.
The patterns had not arrived by Feb 28 so I called via land-line but my call was not returned. I e-mailed several times and the response I received was that the patterns were coming from the printers and would be mailed shortly. At one point I was given a confirmation number which was incorrect and, checking with the post-office, nothing had been sent.
I was also given several other excuses why they had not arrived, one being that they were having problems with their local post-office. Another excuse was that she forgot to mail them when she said she was going to.
Then, about the first of May I notified my credit card company about the failure of the company to fill my order, and I had been charged for this order. About this time a new person e-mailed that she was taking over the business for a while and on May 2, 2009 I received nine of the twelve patterns in the order. I promptly e-mailed about the remaining three patterns and was told they were mailed on May 12 and I am still waiting for them as of July 11!!! The last correspondence I had from them was May 28 even though I sent numerous e-mails and called via phone and the voice box was always full.
However, as far as they are concerned, the issue is resolved; this I learned from the credit card company. But, as far as I am concerned, they are ripoff, con-artists willing to tell you all sorts of untruths! How they think they can continue to do business this way is beyond me. I will never order from them again or recommend anyone else buying from them.
