I purchased a 28 piece silk flower package from Lets see here, you are not een talking 2007. you ordered 2006. That was over 300 happy customes in 2007. I cant be all that bad now. you never returned my calls eleven of them to say the least. I have every phone call documented on every bride, on every order. When I did finally reach you for your order. I made you pictures of your bouquet you approved those pictures I posted your flowers via usps and you REFUSED THEM. then you tried to get your money back and were issued a store credit in which you were given a coupon code to enter on check out. It is very obvious you nevr saved it, Then you wrote to the BBB and they in turn told you. NO. A store credit was what you were entiltled to. You then wrote me Aug 2007 asking how to use your store credit. I told you how to do it. YOU THEN SAID WELL I DONT HAVE THAT EMAIL....... This is your problem not mine. I explained to you I dont have your COUPON CODE. WE do not keep them they are just like gift cards. AND you had a fit. Go to walmart buy a gift card and misplace it. DO YOU THINK THEY KNOW WHO YOU ARE OR WHAT YOUR CARD NUMBER IS> I bent over backwards to try and find it out for you . NOT ONE OF YOUR EMAILS WAS IGNORED! YOU JUST DIDNT LIKE WHAT I WAS TRYING TO TELL YOU. YOU GOT YOUR STORE CREDIT IN WRITTING< YOU LOST IT NOT ME.
