After only a few days it was apparent this company harasses consumers in three states violating several telecommunication laws.  They force their reps to cold call homeowners whom have continually said no to their offer, many of which requested to be placed on the do not call list, before allowing them to contact the "fresh prospects".  This is all in the process of luring these homeowners down to a local office where they are high pressured into buying travel club services to receive a discounted vacation that is nearly impossible to book.

Shame on them for ignoring laws, deceiving consumers and intimidating their employees!

I wanted to make clear that my complaint did not allegate in any way that this entity takes payment(s) directly and/or processes monies via a merchant system.  This company utilizes different trade shows, professional sports events, etc. to have individuals register for gift cards & free merchandise.  In fine print it also lets them know they may be contacted regarding a discounted vacation offer.  There is nothing illegal or even unscrupulous in this business practice as it's an advertising mechanism used by many commercial businesses in the United States.  What is criminal & unscrupulous is their blatant refusal to add individuals to the do not call list when requested to do so.  It is also criminal and unscrupulous to continue calling the residences of those indivduals with the same offer after they've continued to request they cease.  Of every 10 individuals I spoke with regarding their offer, better than half fell into the above scenerio.  After only 2 evenings I resigned because of the above practices and the above practices only.  I never gave any deceptive information to the company or any individuals I was aksed to call!  This was not filed for any personal gain but moreso to inform consumers of the type of business attempting to engage with them.  As a consumer I would hope someone in my position would have done the same...

Customr Rewards has successfully been in business for over 20 years in the Brandon/Tampa area. We have never had a complaint on-line. The negative posting is from a former employee who provided us wrong banking information. Quoting law and making acqusations. We believe this comment should be removed as there is no previous complaints and no proof of the allogations posted. Customer Rewards calls people who have requested us to contact them in writting. We do not cold call, we do not sell a product, we do not have a merchant account, we do not have a retail store, we do not collect any form of payment. We simply call people with good news.
