I purchased nail polish  back in February  2018.  I have contacted them through email over the past 3 months and they continue to respond delay due to mailing issues and last contact in May 22 they reported it was already on it's way.  I requested a refund and that I would be contacting my bank to dispute payment and since then they have not responded back.
