I bought 2 of the exact same PC's from this company for a grand total (including shipping) of around $1000. Within the first month, the computers had issues staying started, We contacted the company and they told us (We will fix any problems and shipping back to you, free of charge, but you will have to pay for shipping to us) and shipping from where I live to the company address they gave us, was almost the same as the price on 1 of their computers we purchased. I looked up the errors it gave me, and the computers stated that I should quit OVER CLOCKING my system, but I had NO IDEA what that even meant until the day I looked it up, when our pc's started shutting off and restarting. I have gamed on a really bad rig not made for gaming, and it held up ALOT better than this "Gaming PC". We ordered the PC's from walmart, but when the Rigs started having their issues, it was just a few days after walmarts warrentees expire. SO the wife and I have realized we just wasted alittle over a thousand dollars, to a company that doesnt want to take responsibility for their products, and pay for our satistfaction. in my opinion, if you want to get a Cyberpowerpc computer, You might want to buy a minifridge to store it in so it quits shutting itself off.
