cyberpowerpc I bought a $1761 computer from cyberpowerpc, which has arrived dented and dead. Shipped it back to cyberpowerpc for refund, since they told me that repairs may take up to 3 months due to holidays. I bought a $1761 computer from cyberpowerpc, which has arrived dead - couldn't be powered up. Shipped it back to cyberpowerpc for refund, since they told me over the phone that repairs may take up to 3 months due to holidays. They also said that refund will never happen, thus stilling $1761.
I contacted paypal asking to dispute that charge and now, 36 days later, paypal has sent me a bill for $1761, stating that they didn't get any satisfaction from cyberpowepc. Looks like lawer is my only resource, is it not?
