I just read Mark's rebuttal to this case and it ticked me off. This Cybertel company has been strongarming people by using sneaky slimy tactics when calling these innocent people. I would like to know how they have our bank account numbers and private info. Who sold it to you? I actually had a guy from CyberTel call me and tell me that THEY owe ME money and they need my bank account info in order to process the refund. I wonder what would have happened if I didn't tell him that I recorded the phone call and told him that I work for local government. If it ever comes down to filing a class action lawsuit, I have the audio phone conversation with these jerks. No funds have come out of my account as of yet and I am hoping that they do not. Does anybody know the loophole that these scumbags found to run this kind of sneaky business? I hope this company and all of the other companies that do this get thiers someday in the courtroom!

The customer making the complaint against Cybertel Security did in fact authorize the charge to his checking account. The order was made over the telephone and a voice authorization was made in order for the transaction to take place. We understand this customer is claiming to have returned the merchandise, however a preliminary search with our receiving department indicates the package was never returned. We have requested the customer in question to send us a postal receipt indicating that he did in fact return the package. At this point he has not sent any such receipt. It is for this reason he has not yet received a reimbursment. We do urge customers to return packages registered mail in order to avoid circumstances such as this.
