Cydor Enterprises is the worst company that exists out there today. In a nutshell, they are a bunch of liars and frauds - no exaggeration.

A woman had contacted me over the phone and told me that the president of the company was really interested in my resume and that he wanted to meet me. I then asked her more about the company and she told me that they were a marketing firm. She neglected to insert the word Direct in there. I asked her more questions and she did not have an answer. She told me to hold all of my questions until I met with the CEO.

When I came to the first interview I was shocked that the offices were so small and ghetto. The carpet was coming up from the floor and it wasn't at all what I pictured. When I met the "CEO" he was about 25 years old and acted like he was 5. He insisted that I work there, eventhough I already had a position at another company, and that I would make it big and that he was looking for managers immediately. I asked him what a typical day would be and the said that won't be answered until the second interview.

Someone called me that night and said that the CEO was really impressed with me and that I should come in for a second interview. I made the mistake of going. I did not know that that meant that I would have to walk around the city, bugging people and more or less harassing them.

But the worst thing of all is when my interviewer told me about the "breakdown". Meghan Mackin told me that I was guaranteed to make over $30,000 the first year but that it was all based on commission. I then asked her how can she guarantee me that and she said that no one in that office has ever made less than that in a year.

I thought that was the truth, but it wasn't. The office had only been open for 3 months!

Then I went back to the office and told the "CEO" (more like a joke) that I couldn't start right away, but maybe in a couple months. He then said that if i were to quit my job the next day that he would make sure that i was in a managerial position by the end of the month. So i quit my job at the time and it was the worst mistake i ever made.

I had to work until 730 every night and be there by 7;00 every morning. it was absolute hell. they are a bunch of losers with no education and it shows. They think they're in the communications/advertising/marketing field but they are so far from it. They are the bottom of the totum pole and they are working themselves further down. Soon they will be in hell.

I hated working there and I advise anyone who is looking to work for them to not even waste their time. And do not beleive a word they say. They will say anything to make you work for their scheme. And FYI... every office has a different name and make sure that they tell you who their parent company is. I had an interview in Baltimore, Maryland and i suspected that it was the same kind of company and when i asked them what their parent company was named they ran around the issue and then i interrupted and i asked them again, they said Cydcor. I immediately walked and i adivse everyone else to the same.

I read your post am filled with compassion towards you. That was so unethical of that manager to get you to leave your job for his sales sweat shop out fit! If it makes you feel any better, some managers have had people fly in from other states for these positions! cydcor, dsmax, innovage, granton marketing, and the thousands of independently set up dummy corporations are a real pimple on the face of the planet. Because these corporations are all independantly set up it is hard to pin stuff on them. But the word is getting out there. Bes of luck to you!
