this guy is a rip off. he promised to deliver 50 pcs of apple iphone and we wired him $14,750 back in september 2007, he kept giving us the run arounds back and forth, until today, still no refund.
he first said the phones were all gone @ his supplier so we have to wait, fine, let's wait, after 2 months of waiting we are out of patience and had to get a refund. he kept saying his supplier didn't return his money yet and kept giving empty promises.
he sent a check for refund in around 12/20/07 for refund, and the check bounced.
we already gave this case to our lawyer, his deadline for final request of refund is coming up end of this week. if we do not receive refund, we will be filing a law suit against this guy.
