I DID GET A REFUND FINALLY SO I GUESS THEY ARE GOOD FOR THAT. BUT I STILL THINK DAVID GATES SHOULD BE MORE CLEAR AS TO WHAT IS INVOLVED IN HIS PROGRAM. SO BE INFORMED FROM MY REPORT.

Anybody can print a simple mailing label. Seeing a similar label to ours on the envelope does not mean you are an original customer by any stretch. Our packages are often sent immediately after an order is received, meaning that by the time an email is received, as you are stating you sent, it is very likely that the program has already been mailed. We do NOT ever ignore emails. That is an absolute rule with us. That notwithstanding, we have, as of today, received the proof of purchase from you. Your refund will be in the mail tomorrow. David Gates has never denied a customer's refund. Ultimately, there indeed was no reason to file a complaint over this matter. Best wishes.

I sent the program back in the original envelope with a return to sender and they replied with a letter saying they needed proof of purchase. What better proof is there I ask. I will update this report when I get a refund. However when I sent for the program I sent a e-mail to your company asking them not to send me your program because I learned that day that your program cost more money. Unfortunately my e-mail was ignored and the program was sent. I believe my claim to be a valid complaint.

This persons claim is baseless. Clearly, he did not fully read the material before making his comments. Most people who claim to be dissatisfied are those who dont take the time to read what we send, as is the case here. Second, we do not refund people who received the program second-hand. Only the actual purchaser can be refunded. If this individual returned the item under a different name or address, then proof of payment is required, as we would not be able to match up the name or address it was returned under with an actual customer. ANY company would request the same under these circumstances. If reasonable proof of payment is provided as he is claiming has been sent, then a prompt refund will be issued. There is no merit whatsoever to this complaint.
