We now know the reason we couldn't find Joe's records. We only received his order the DAY AFTER he filed his complaint. Can you believe this? Joe filed his complaint when his payment had not even arrived in our mailbox yet! It would seem either Joe has a poor memory, or simply enjoys creating difficulties for an honest business such as ours. We don't know which. His package is now in the mail, on schedule.

Here is proof that Joe's complaint is fraudulent.....We do not have any published phone numbers that have been disconnected. The fact that Joe fom MN states that we do, is proof that this is not even a customer of ours, the complaint is a fraud, and his post should simply be erased. As usual, we suspect a desperate competitor.

Why this website allows such posts I'll never know. We have been in operation for many years with countless customers. You don't achieve that by not sending out the materials you promised to the buyer. If this individual had simply contacted us and let us know that it hadn't arrived, we would have followed our standard procedure of sending a new package by registered overnight mail. That's all he had to do. Funny how this person chose to file this report without ever contacting us about it. It's plainly an illegitimate complaint. Rest assured, if you order our program, you WILL receive it, as everyone else has.
