dispite the fact i was charged with a criminal offense which i could not have committed an attorney, david nadler, a bankruptcy attorney, a lawyer not in anyway, shape, or form, prepared to defend a criminal charge in federal court, a case involving social security rules and regulations which nadler admitted to me he was not conversant with. although nadler promised he would research these issuse which he had admitted were totally unknown to him it was not until the very last hearing in the case when he told judge stephanie m rose that the day before he perused sociall security rules located in the library at the university of iowa and produced the sections on over payments which he then refused to hand over to the court for filing. mr nadler also refuses to return a digital recorder with the confession of david bane who against the defendants explicit instructions did withdraw almost 19,000 dollars from the defendants bank account and deposit directly into his own. and in spite of having that extremely exculpitory evidence nadler sat on his clients case while his client, an orthodox jew, was deprived kosher nurishment and in nadlers onw words at a hearing was, gaunt, and emaciated. and at a hearing wherein nadler failed to produce an important witness, rabbi avrohom blesofsky who`s testimony at a federl hearing on 1/12 10 was instrumental in a verdict / judicial ruling concerning the non kosher status of any foods prepared in a non kosher kitchen. with out that witness nadler made it possible for federal pigs to deny the defendant kosher food for two years.
nadler in spite of promising the court he would recover oner 50,000 dollars worth of vintage musical instruments and personal posessions held by bane along with the 19,000 dollars of funds bane pilfered from the defendants bank account nadler cose to not do what he had promised the court he would do. why did nsdler behave in this fashion? because he is a lacky for the federal court. nadler altoug having no experience dealing with serious crimnal issues and no experience dealing with social security issues took on a case that his client asked him to withdraw from almost as soon as his client had met him. this shyster is a bum.
