I paid for a 30-day Crypto plan and received no service despite money being taken and my status being Active. I sent multiple messages and emails to the company complaining, and no one responded and or refunded me. I have multiple copies of my single transaction plan receipts (from their website, Paypal, and my credit card company).

I posted an update 2-3 weeks ago, but not sure why it did not appear. DDMarkets responded and resolved my issues. I was issued a refund and a complementary plan service which I appreciate because it allowed me to review if the services I wanted was worth the price and hassle.
