I bought my vehicle, and bought this policy the same week.  Two months later the vehicle needed to be serviced and I was told that since I had only made 2 payments into the policy i had to pay for the service and then submit the receipt and I would be reimbursed within 25 days.  I found it odd, and called them back to get a full understanding as to why.  They told me that I had just bought the policy 2 months ago and that is how they handled financed warranties, but I would get my money 25 days after I submit my receipts.  Its been 6 weeks since I submitted the receipt and no payment.  I called them today, spoke to Tony Surrano and he said that I would have to pay off the warranty before the warranty would take into place, I asked where in the contract does it say that and he did not know.  He referred me back to Customer Service spoke to Martin Guin who then tried to refer me back to Anthony.  I told him that Anthony referred me to him, so he put me on hold.  Came back from hold and said that he spoke to his manager Anthony Ragucci who said that I would have to make 2 more payments before they would reimburse me.  I asked why, he said they had the right to out as they felt they should.  I asked where in the contract does it say that, and he said it didnt have to say it on the contract.  I went back and forth trying to understand where in the contract it said that but he said it didnt and it didnt have to say it.  My next step is to report these individuals to the BBB and to the Attorney Generals Office, they should not be in service.
