IN case you didn't see the article 06-02-14....   CFO Eric Douglas Jacobs sold 10,200 shares of the stock on Friday May 16th. 

I guess he realizes how worthless the stock is when the company has no customer service skills, provides a lousy service only the minimum required and nothing more.... and they care so little about their customer base they don't even answer their phone when a paying customer calls in.... YEAH... sell the stock.... the company will not go far operating like that! 

Good move CFO -  I hope you have your resume out there. 

 

I hope all the employees have a back up plan.   As soon as the next best Dispatch Board (Auto Transport Industry) becomes available that offers a similar service.... everyone will jump ship. 

Not one broker or carrier appreciates being treated like second class citizens. 

You want to make a difference? 

Check the credentials of the brokers and carriers and kick those clients off that are not keeping their insurance or DOT info up to date.  

Stop making brokers have to check the insurance because you don't even fine carriers for not uploading a document packet.   You make brokers want to choke the living crap out of your organization when you allow rip off carriers use your service to rip off customers.... and you do... every d**n day. 

Fine those idiots for not providing their proper credentials.  Kick them off the dispatch board for 30 days when they don't keep their packet updated. 

Your company offers nothing in the way of customer service.  You don't answer your phone.  The dispatch board goes off line at least once a week.  Your IT people should do maintenance in the middle of the night - not during the busiest hours of the week.   You people are idiots that just don't listen to your customers.   Idiots. 

Do it right or don't do it at all.   Everyone should sell their stock.  Send these idiots a message. 

I'm a company owner and I hate Dealer Track / Central Dispatch and JTracker for their lousy way of doing business.
