Deathcertificatelookup.com Deathcertificate.elo california was looking for my girlfriends father death certificate and deathcertificatelookup .com claimed they had this information. west lake village California
I was told from deathcertificatelookup.com that thay have my girlfriends fathers death certificate info so we signed up to get the info only to find after we paid that deathcertificatelookup.com emailed us to say sorry but they dont actually have the information we just paid for! They also claimed archives.com had the info and without authorization on our end they signed us up for reoccurring payments with both deathcertificatelookup.com and archives.com even after cancelling both memberships for a second time they still charged us again. So after all that i had to contact my bank to get the exact charges and dates and then call both companies to cancel any future charges and refund the ones we never should have gotten in the first place!! Both customer service reps were very rude and not easy to get to a refund or cancel and the customer service rep at deathcertificatelookup.com wouldnt even let me speak to a supervisor and hung up on me. Total hassle and rip off and scam for advertised information they claim to have and then after u give them your credit card information they tell you the information they said you were buying isnt available and they charge you anyway and sign u up for other services that u never knowingly authorize and they charge you as long as they possibly can until you realize all these charges have been coming out of your bank account and you never set that up!! Deceitful devious and horrible customer service...i would highly recommend to never get any personal or family info or records online because its a huge waste of time and money...not a legit business at all...stay away from deathcertificatelookup.com and archives.com and keep your money!!
