Deauville Beach Resort WORST PLACE ON EARTH Miami Beach Florida
Hello from HELL,
I booked a hotel for my stay in Miami. The Deauville Beach Resort, it looks good when advertised but.... The second you get to the hotel they start with the hidden charges. 20 parking fee a day- or you feed the meters all day for about 28 dollars a day- or you can park 300 feet away on Harding Ave for free!!! This information was not given to us so the hotel can scam all the traveler out of an extra 140 dollars a week!!!
Then you have your resort fee. Also not mentioned till you get to the hotel. The fee is 7 dollars a day. Then you have your nice Internet service fee. The fee is 12 dollars a day!!! 12 dollars!!! Nice Scam artist we have down in Miami. When we got to the room it had two twin beds!!! The view was of a construction site and the ice machines were all empty. Why would I need a cold drink in 90-degree Miami??? Well the hotel sure doesn't.
The staff were rude not helpful at all only to ask for money. The washing machine on site had rust!!! Forget about washing your cloths after a day at the beach. This hotel is not as advertised and is well below the money it ask for.
I am attempting to recover some of my fee but after seeing the treatment they gave me as a guess I am confident that they will laugh about the whole experience and continue to practice the deceitful practice they have been for so long!!!
