We called them for help & they answered the call. They told us how much to give them & we BEGAN. First, we asked how long will this take, they said how much can you give. Second, we asked how does this work, they said when can you start paying. Thirdly, we asked when will it end, they said give us $762.00 monthly and it shouldn't be no longer than 36 months. This was in Nov. 2007.

It's Nov.2008 now and we have paid $5151.95 for something they call SETTLEMENT FOR ACCT# Admin Fee. This was the first thing taken out of the money that we were sending them ($762) every month. It was even before taking of the regular Admim Fee of $39.95 every month that is still being withdrawn today! So, we have paid just in Fees so far is $5631.35 & we only have about $2000 in our acct. to pay for our creditors!!!!!

We've tried to get some credit & have been denied everywhere! All er have is our mastercard Debit card from our bank. The credit cards that we owe still call to settle but we avoid them as debit relief usa told us.

Sometimes they give a good deal to settle with them, but we don't.

Now WE call Debit Relief USA and you can not imagine the surprise of NOT being able to get anyone on the phone!!! Yes, no one home mining the cash. And when we do get a live one don't worry, be happy!! Just like the Song!!

I try to find the web site & there is none but many of them about debit usa being a FAKE, & SEALING MONEY!!!

As for how your sign up process went I have never heard an Account Executive enroll someone into the program by giving answers to questions such as you stated. I have tried to look up your account but having enrolled over 17,000 clients I am unable to locate your account just using San Antonio. The Administration fee is paid up front as per your signed agreement and also explained by your Account Executive. There is a fee for our service. For more information regarding the service fee you may call 866-461-0752 Upon enrolling into the program you are made aware that the only way to get out of debt is to stop creating debt. If you are having problems taking care of past debt especially a high debt amount and are struggling to make the minimum payments which prompted you to call DRUSA you may have had issues opening new lines of credit before joining our program. Enrolling into a debt reduction program is for people who are ready to make a change and are willing to take care of the current debt and work twards a debt free lifestyle. You are not able to open new lines of debt unless you have taken care of past debt that you were struggling with. Opening new lines of credit shows the creditor that you could have actually made your payment arrangements. The only way to open new lines of credit is to keep a good credit We have client service staff available from 8AM to 6PM CST daily. We do encourage clients to realize that they are in a 36mth program. Making the minimum payment to your creditors you could be looking at 30+ years to pay back your debt. All we ask is that you keep in communication with us and allow time for the program to run its course.
