DCI IS OWED BY TIM HARWOOD.  THE COMPANY IS FILLED WITH EMPTY PROMISES AND LIES.  THEY ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH OVER TIME PAID AND FUEL REINBURSEMNST ..... THEY WORK FOR COMCAST AND TIME WARNER.  THEY HIDE TECHS UNDER FALSE TECH NUMBER EVEN THOUGH COMCAST TOLD THEM TO GET RID OF THEM.  THEY HIRE POOR LAZT MANAGERS THAT KNOW ANYTHIUNG ON HOW TO RUN A BUSNIESS.  THEY LIE TO TECHS AND GIVE THEM EMPTY PROMISES TO H=MAKE THEM NOT QUIT.  THEY WORK THIER TECHS FOR LESS THE THE AVERAGE WAGE ALLOWANCE. THEY HAVE A PAY s**t THAT CONVERTS UNITS OR TASKS INTO HOURS AND IT DOESNT PAY OVER TIME.   THIS CABLETV CONTRACTING FIRM IS BY FAR THE WORSE I HAVE EVER SAW.  I SURE HOPE YOU DONT HIRE THEM AND OR WORK FOR THEM

#2UPDATE Employee

I am a current employee of Decisive Communications.

DCI uses an automated payroll system that generates hourly pay based upon the time reported on your time sheet. If greater than 40 hours is reported on your time sheet, the system generates overtime pay.

The system does not convert tasks into hours, as you claim. This is categorically false. The system pays the hourly rate based upon time reported, including overtime for a 40+ hour work week.

#3General Comment

I think that this forum is a tremndous tool for those that can be objective, follow the rules, speak clearly and spell correctly. It is so easy in this case to write something about someone/something and expect it to become the the truth. However, just because it is written, certainly does not make it true. Let's start with honesty. I would ask the writer of this initial string, and I am assuming that this person was an employee based on his/her perceived knowledge of a payscale system that he/she look at themselves in the mirror and see an honest reflection back at themselves.

If they did, and the writer did the assumed job as the original statement was written, I will assume that this is an installer that was in poor standing with his installation skills, I can only judge that based on his writing skills and generalizations of a company without sighting actual facts or incidents that he/she followed up on. I truly feel sorry for someone that appears to be delusional in the believe that throwing around general comments is a productive use of their time. Be honest with yourself, look in the mirror and realize why you are no longer employed at this place. In addition, before you send anything out for anyone to see/read, hit spell check.
