This company did everything you read in the previous reports. They have not changed their tactics over the years. Do not use them! My daughter used them for a 2mile move Feb. 22. Paul was very nice before hand to get the job. They were late, they were slow, they smoked, and worse of all when they weren't being watched they stole my daughters jewelry and a charger. The rings cannot be replaced! It's the worst feeling. We let her hire these people to help because it seemed that we would spend the same amount if we drove down, rented a truck and helped her ourselves, and this is what happens.
Please do not use this company. Of course when asked the workers,(I'll post names when it is confirmed they stole her jewelry) said they didn't take anything. They made the move take longer than the agreed upon 2hrs. She only had the cash for that time, and had to call a friend to bring her more money. Of course, they wasted their time waiting for that. She is out the money for move, the priceless jewelry, and again faith in Pittsburgh human beings! Isn't there anyone out there you can trust and count on anymore? She is a student and doesn't have the time or money to put up with this! Shame on you Delivery Express USA!!
