Delta Financial Corporation screwed out of my income taxes Charlotte, North Carolina
I have really low credit but I still tried at every bank to get a car loan. They all rejected me so I got on the internet and decided to check. I found this place called Delta Financial Corp. They told me that they was willing to help me as long as I was willing to put down some money. So, I faxed them all of my informaton, you know ssn and license, everything. Then they faxed me the contract. I looked over it and my mom, my friends... Everything seemed so real. I was willing to help if they was. The total amount that they wanted me to send was $790. Plus $63 for the money gram, which was my biggest mistake. So it ended up costing me more then $800.
Well I did it, she informed me that I would receive the $7,000 in my bank account. Yeah, they have that too... Well within the 24 hours I was suppose to receive it. I never got it. I called her and she informed me that she needed more money. Like $200 more. So I informed her real quick of where to stick it. I was not paying more, I already signed the contract and plus I used my income tax money and I had no more to give. She told me that I would get a refund on my money since I backed out and I never got it. So about two weeks later I called and she called me all sorts of names and told me that she was keeping the money. I never got a dime back. Ive had the prosecuting attorney look at it, she sent to the FBI and I've got nothing I don't know what else to do. I would just like my money and hopefully will make the same stupid mistake I did.
