Complaint Review: Demarco Rei - Philly Pennsylvania

Many of our dreams were shattered due to the stealing and treachery of Demarco Rei, equity stolen,forgery, lies, deceit all left many individuals in a horrible position.DeMarco Rei screwed everyone from straw buyers,employeees,loan offcers and even friends.

This scam involved so much fraud,individuals went as far as pretending to be attorneys.The U.S.Government worked very hard and the Fbi stopped the scam in December,what is left behind 120 individuals facing Foreclosure,milllions of dollars stolen from investors,employees,Forecloure individuals.

There were some honest investors unfortunately there were more dishonest Straw buyers and crooks who benefited from this scam and shared the profits of the equity and rent the foreclosure individuals paid.

The Government is left with trying to save our homes while 31 million dollars is unaccounted for AKA" stolen".WE appreciate living in America where the Govt.works hard to stop these crimes.

My life has been very disappointing over the past year: My mom passed away,my home may be lost but justice was served because of our Government agencies and the power of Rip-off and consumer advocates such as Ed Magedson.

I believe Rip-off report also gave first hand knowledge of how Demarco operated I am sure any individual facing foreclosure will be very wise and careful ,there are honest investors but best to deal with your lender.

I am satisfied for each and everyone of us who posted the tactics of Anthony Demarco and the slugs on Rip-off report again this is a site we are all very grateful for.

Anthony DeMarco started his corrupt company in approximately 2007,these are some of the lies he posted as was stripping equity,collecting large rents and not only Scamming his clients but his employees and most of the investors.

The end result has hurt Foreclosure victims starting in New Jersey,Pennsylvania and even Clinton Iowa,now that it is all coming to the surface,things are very bad ,we have nothing now and it is hard to get representation since we have no money.

I do not know what is going to happen to us,when you have no money and you are in a home that was once yours and now belongs to an investor that was also Scammed we are in real trobule.

I do not get it,we paid rent for the homes that were ours,we were promised so much.DEMarco and his partners can just get awy with this? There are documents staing we received large sums of money and yet some individuals received no cash at all and paid DeMarco,Rei rent?

All kinds of Illegal Stuff took place and now we the Foreclosoure individuals look like the bad guys! This cannot happen in America,I am asking once again can someone please help us ? We are not looking to live for free,we were promised so much and not only were our homes switched we paid rent with a promise of repaired credit,a refinance and look where we are now,employees not paid,investors scammed and Foreclosure victims ready for the streets.

Banks,Mortgage Companies,I hope you are reading this.Hud,FHA, Plese we need help:there are title companies that were part of this Corrupt Scam ,maybe they know what happened to all the proceeds from closing.

DeMarco Rei and his corrupt partners in crime,Scammed stole and we the individuals in foreclosure are now victims ,we do not want free money,all we need is some kind of help from the Government so we can get our lives back,these were our homes taht we were trying to save. We would definitely pay back the Government agencies if they coud help with a Bail out ,we paid DeMarco so we would certainly pay back the Government.

Please Do not let DeMarco make us homeless.Anthony DeMarco and all you Slugs you should all Rot in Cells for what you have done to us.

Dear owner, Are you kidding ? You have not even been open for 3 years! You may have had a different company but you just opened Demarco Rei in 2006. You do not help people your company makes promises that you never keep and then just keep changing the story over and over. Your employees are not trained properly and they will just say anything to get you in the door. before you accuse anyone of not doing the right thing look within your own. You have employees running around stating improper and just down and out wrong doings. I would love to speak to this Carlyn lady Its not just her you have destroyed!

We have sent numerous certified pieces of mail letting her know that we will lower her payment and help her in any way possible. But unfortunately none of these have every been replied to. She also contacted a few previous employees who told her to contact us and we would be happy to work with her. I would be very interested for you to explain your situation to me and to see if there is anything that i can do to help you and fix anything that may have happened. We do offer the credit repair and we have helped many people stay in there homes. We have had many people remain in the program for three years because they were unable to secure financing.
