Then why they performed very painful, unnecessary and useless surgery on me to restore a r Dr. Cha/Chen failed to restore a ridge defect after quite a few surgeries rushed in second stage installing implants. Dr. Cha/Chen failed to restore a ridge defect after quite a few surgeries and rushed in second stage installing implants. And, after I confronted them that my ridge defect is still there and crowns came out way too long and ugly they cut my mouth again for absolutely unnecessary and useless surgery distorting my upper lip from inside and causing difficulty to move my upper lip even talking. I spent over $8500 for nothing: the bridge containing three porcelain crowns did not stay even one day. The crowns felt down because the angle of the three implants installed were uneven and distance in between was too close. I demanded all my money back for such a sloppy job in 2005. Dr. Cha hired a lawyer, who finally backed off from defending her after I showed all the facts alone with another doctors opinion and agreed to reimburse only part of the money I spent for bone restoration and only in case if I do not publish any materials concerning this matter. I have told her I need all my money back simply because she proceeded to second stage: implants installation failing to restore the bone and charged me for that.
Till now they keep silence and of cause my money prospering and growing their business from Nevada to the entire world the way they wanted.
